VFlex Loudspeakers Now Shipping!

Montreal, Aug. 20, 2008 — Gemme Audio is proud to announce the availability of its new generation VFlex Extreme Katana, Tanto and Vivace loudspeakers.

The new generation VFlex loudspeakers are now shipping to resellers and clients across the world and will soon be available in showrooms in more than 20 countries. This coming September, Gemme Audio will attend the Top Audio Show in Milano, to present its new line at the Audio Point Italia booth, our exclusive importer for Italy. Also look for us at RMAF in Denver (October 2008) and at T.H.E. Show in Las Vegas (January 2009).

Gemme Audio's new generation speakers offer a host of improvements. Every new generation VFlex Extreme model comes with manufactured ports, milled from solid billets of aluminum, and adjustable to match room acoustics. Binding posts are also much improved with a very innovative and efficient cable pressure system. Katana and Tanto loudspeakers also offer bi-wiring/bi-cabling capabilities, and the top of the line Katana adds high frequencies contour adjustment. Katana loudspeakers also sport ceramic drivers with Mundorf Supreme capacitors and copper foil inductors. Combined to our VFlex Extreme bass loading architecture, they really make those ceramic drivers sing!

The new slanted enclosures look stunning and built using mortise and tenon construction for optimum rigidity. All models come in piano black high gloss finish. Optional Rosewood and Ebony high gloss finishes are also available.

All in all, these Gemme Audio new generation VFlex Extreme loudspeakers go beyond the performance of their first version while keeping the price in the same range.
